Frozen sources

If OBS (and by extent the streaming PC) is started before the booth rack (mainly the Atem Mini and the SQ-5 mixer), the sources (Atem video input, SQ-5 audio input) may be frozen or not input anything. This can also happen if a device loses connection while OBS is open. To fix, simply restart OBS Studio, or just the whole streaming PC.

Bitfocus Companion

Unresponsive Stream Decks

If the Stream Decks are not responding to inputs or not powered, ensure they have a stable USB connection to the streaming PC (are they plugged in?), and are displaying anything, then right click the tray icon for Companion, then "click rescan USB".

This document assumes OBS Studio and Bitfocus Companion are configured to launch on startup. Some troubleshooting steps may not work if that is no longer the case
