The password is near the power button.

Networking issues​

Occasionally something breaks, and the MacBook can't connect to any network both wired and wireless, just showing a no internet symbol and self-assigning it's IP address.

The issue is pretty rare and attempts at reproducing and/or fixing the issue have been unsucessful. So it's just been left as is. It will not affect ProPresenter but Companion will not be able to control ProPresenter.

SQ-5 Mixer​

The mixer has generally been pretty reliable, but it's definitely possible for it to break.

Frozen Mixer​

If the mixer is unresponsive, attempt to rescusitate by pulling the plug. (Or just restart it via the power button located on the rear of the device next to power cable/port.)

Networking issues​

The mixer will occasionally misbehave and disappear from the network causing problems for anyone attempting to connect via the app. It may still be there, so attempt to connect manually via the IP address of 192.168.1.11. If not restart the mixer and hope for the best.
