Sanctuary Water Fountain

The Elkay bottle filler is fantastic, providing chilled water in the form of a fountain and bottle filler, and the only necessary regular maintenance is to chnge the filter when the status lights indicate it.

Filter Replacement​

To change the filter:

  1. Remove the piece of drywall from below the unit to open a hole to access the water valve.
  2. Stick your head and shoulders into this hole and reach up and turn of the water valve.
  1. Then dispense water from the fountain until no more water dispenses.
  2. Unplug the unit.
  3. Undo the four screws on the very bottom of the unit and remove the cover. The filter is located on the back left side.
  4. Unscrew the filter, following the arrows on the filter, then screw in the new filter.
  5. Turn the water back on, make sure nothing leaks, then put the cover back on with the four screws. Plug in the unit
  6. Finally, make sure it resets the filter status - it should do it automatically, then dispense water from the bottle filler for at least two minutes to get out all of the air bubbles and any residiual filter particles
